STEP-2 SETTING THE SPACER
Laser welded spacers are set on your glass 1/4 inch from frame with polyisobutylene.
STEP-3 GLASS-ON
Installers precisely set second panel of glass in place on spacer.
STEP-4 HEATING
Heating wires in spacer are attached to a custom-made 110 volt transformer, and butyl is heated with electricity to bond and seal glass to spacers.
STEP-5 SILICONE AND FINISH TRIMS
High-quality glazing silicone is added to double seal the system and structurally hold second panel of glass.
Finish trims are added to match existing frames, covering spacers and silicone.
